Songs – 52 Weeks of Personal Genealogy & History

Music has always been a big part of my life!  I love to listen to music and often listen to music today while I work on other things!  I always have the radio on when I am in the car.  The other drivers are always thankful when I have the windows rolled up because I can’t resist singing along with the radio (and I don’t have a good singing voice!)

I was reading other bloggers post and came across Liblady’s Genealogy Blog post with her time capsule post and I decided to do the same thing.  The time capsule website was http://dmarie.com/timecap/.   I am using my birth year, the year I started college, and the year I started graduate school

  1. Enjoyed seeing your Time capsule, but you did make me feel “old”. When “I heard it through the Grapevine” was hot, I was married with children. That means I am old enough to be your mother. That song brings back many, many memories. We had a group in our community, dress up like grapes, and perform the song for the kids.

    Thanks for the memories.
