Surgery Postponed but Website Updated!!

Since I didn’t have surgery on Friday, I made some updates to the website this weekend! A lot of updates and some great new stuff added. I am at 700 images attached to my genealogy software!!! That is 700 census, draft cards, photos, letters and other documents that have had any relevant data added and then the images have been attached to appropriate events! I am excited about this milestone for my genealogy.

WCAGS: Washington County Genealogy Society Meeting

Today was a good day. I had a meeting of my local genealogy society: the Washington County Arkansas Genealogical Society. We meet the second Sunday of each month at the Headquarters House in Fayetteville Arkansas at 2pm. This month we started a two-part workshop on the census! We had approximately 50 in attendance!! It was wonderful!!
